Our Consulting engagements are sometimes broadly-based
and involve on-going market intelligence gathering, analysis, and implementation, business
model optimization, tactical and strategic planning, milestone development, plan
execution, and performance monitoring. LRP/bi Senior Executives and Senior
Consultants take part in project brain-storming sessions, internal and external meetings,
and internal and external presentations. In selected cases, LRP/bi senior executives
and senior consultants are available to take Advisory Board and Board of Directors seats. |
