Our Business Model The LRP/bi "distributed network" business model
is designed to yield significant benefits to our clients. First,
our global network of human assets enables us to assemble the business intelligence team
that will most effectively serve each client's unique needs. Second,
our firm's fixed costs are minimal. As a result, no client is ever subsidizing
expensive office space or "idle" analysts who are between projects.
Instead, each client's project budget is spent directly on the human assets that are
generating actionable intelligence. And, third, our low-fixed-cost
business model positions us to provide the same high level of service to smaller clients
as we do to larger clients. We have no minimum project size. |
